Profiles now have options for tiling/covering backgrounds and tiling/covering headers with more options for filetypes including animated gifs and webps. Avatars also got the same treatment. Profiles now have an about section with a markdown editor so people can get more inventive with images, lists, etc.

Profile collections have been updated and the collection/profile page now runs way more efficiently.
